Noru: The Transporters

Set in a cold post-apocalyptic world where small groups of survivors struggle for food and water, a visitor (the narrator) arrives from another planet which is about to suffer the same fate. He observes the central character, a member of a global organisation, who has embarked on a quest to turn the planet's fortunes around. The central character's battles pits him against a whole range of climate problems ranging from desertification and refugees to food and water shortage.
