Penguin no Ousama

Penta, the King Penguin, lives with his boss, Kanda Junichi, a novelist. Junichi can listen to Penta talk and seems to be the only man that can understands him. Next to Penta and Junichi's house, there's a girl next door whom Junichi fell in love with, but Junichi is afraid to confess his love to her because of age different. Will Junichi find enough courage to tell the girl his feelings? How will their relationship end? And how Penta have a role in this?
