The setting is Omegaverse.
What is Omegaverse?
A world where men can also get pregnant. There are Alpha, Omega and Beta humans. Male Omegas are also able to get pregnant.
For Omegas there is a heat cycle that comes every month and can be suppressed by taking heat inhibitors.

Kicking off the series is “Mockingbird:” a story where our lead omega, Kei, has a gambling addiction that’s left him with nothing but debt.
