Risky Vice

Black City is controlled by two mafia organizations, "Sword" and "Discipline." While on a scrap metal delivery, Jaewoo, a young man raising his younger brother alone, meets the boss of "Sword," Risky. This man is the most notorious and dangerous gangster in the city.
