Legend says... There was a white dragon living in River Long En, preventing floods, and bringing rain. People worshiped him, and hailed him as the "Lord of the River." By coincidence, he finds out that Long En Town's annual "River Lord Festival" has been abandoned for years. Angered, the River Lord Huan Yi, swears that Long En town will never see another drop of rain. What appears in the pond of the River God's Palace, however, is something he doesn't expect...
