It's been five years since an airplane surgery scandal marred the life of the unscrupulous, sleazy, cosmetic surgeon Sakisawa Takumi. Now Orihara Mami is going undercover as a nurse at his clinic in order to investigate him. There, she learns his work philosophy: Men only want to have sex with pretty women. Mami is horrified by his glorification of physical attractiveness and tries desperately to convince him, his nurse, and his patients that a woman's personality and identity are also important.
