This is a story about Kurasawa Shizuka who took over his late father's clinic, and his childhood friend Tsutomu, a high school student, who works there part-time. Tsutomu always has a poker face, and Shizuka is sure Tsutomu knows nothing about romance. Shizuka kisses him just to see Tsutomu's reaction, and something changes in them... It was only out of curiosity but now his desire is fired up?!
In the meantime, Tsutomu has to leave the island with his father who is transferred to another location. What will happen to them after being apart?
