Ten no Hate Chi no Kagiri

In ancient Japan, in the land of Asuka, there lived a famous female poet/seer named Nukata no Ookimi. Since she was young, her beauty and intelligence attracted many, but she vowed that she would never marry b/c she believed her role in life was to serve as a priestess to the imperial family. Will the attention of two powerful princes cause her to reconsider or will she stay steadfast to her original wish to be a woman independent of the mortal desires of life?
