The issue of delinquency among young people, specifically high school students, has escalated noticeably. To address this problem, the government has established a specialized institution solely dedicated to catering for at-risk youth. Strangely, Kang Hae Hyo, an ordinary student subjected to regular bullying, finds himself enrolled in this school.
