Blackmore

Blackmore is a skilled assassin, and one of Funny Valentine's loyal henchmen. His stand is Catch The Rainbow, which takes the form of a mask, a fact he uses to distinguish whether or not someone is a stand user or not based on whether they can see his face. It allows him to manipulate the rain in a variety of ways, such as holding it still in the air so he can walk on it, or using the droplets as bullets.
