Fuka Narutaki is a student at Mahora Academy in class 2A. She has an identical twin sister, Fumika, who is also in her class. The two often get confused by teachers and peers.

Fuka is an energetic girl, being in the walking club. She is willing to try almost anything. In one episode, she and her twin drag Negi all around the campus and beyond when he only needs to visit a simple shrine.

She is a very peppy and hyperactive teenager, and as nearly every other girl in her class likes Negi at least a little bit.

Note: In some pictures, her eye color matches that of her sister, Fumika, but in others (including ones found on the official Negima website) Fumika's eye color is more of a blue color.
