Hime Arikawa

One of the main characters for the series "Himegoto", Hime Arikawa is a second-year student at Shimoshina High School and has a large debt due to his irresponsible parents taking out loans in his name. The student council decides to save him from his debt, but in return, he must cross-dress and become the student council's dog for the rest of his high school career.
