The queen who controls the bird Matrixers. She had her people ally (oppress) the remaining robots and use their technology to their advantage and was in possession of the Goubaku Cards of the remaining three deceased kings. She has the ability to send and summon people across the barriers of time, and with sufficient energy available can freeze time.
