Melody Honey

A character who appears in 3 different series, with varying backstories. She comes from America, and has long blonde hair and blue eyes.

In Keroro Gunsou, she is a pop star who makes multiple appearances as a minor character, such as being saved from a Moku Alien.

In Shichinin no Nana, she is an eccentric friend of Nana's mother who studied Japanese as she thought it would help her confess her love, but she is put off from doing so because she is self-conscious of how her Japanese sounds. She is sent to be an English tutor to Nana, but this is just a cover. In a later episode, she helps round up the other Nanas when they run loose in San Fransisco.
