Miharu Ratokie

Miharu is a citizen living in Belfast, Ireland, she is secretly a spy for the Principality of Zeon. She uses the gold paid to her by the Zeon forces in order to support her younger brother and sister since their parents are deceased due to the war. While spying on the White Base as it sat in the port, she met Kai Shiden and befriended him.
