Nekobaa

Nekobaa (ねこばあ) is an old woman who lives in an abandoned city together with her granddaughter, Tamaki. She runs a supplies shop that the Uchiha clan used to use. She lives with lots of cats, including talking ones like Denka and Hina. Sasuke Uchiha comes to her to buy some items for his Hebi. She tells Sasuke she remembers how Itachi and he were once 'little kittens' and that she can't believe they want to kill each other now.
