Stephanie Gorgeouspalace

She is a mercenary that first appeared in volume SS2, as a friend to the sniper who attacked Kinuhata Saiai. Later on she was hired by Thomas Platinaburg to eliminate Accelerator, but found Thomas was the one financing ITEM and so eliminated Thomas instead. She's also a fan of merchandising straps like Misaka Mikoto and Fukiyose Seiri, with them attached on her gun.
