The Dorm Dean

A classic example of the Wicked Stepmother Syndrome, the dorm dean at Saint Jovannah Academy, Mayu Oyama's Catholic boarding school, is actually one of the thousands of Mazone infiltrators already insinuated into earth's population. Harlock ends up blowing her away right in front of Mayu, which is the sort of thing that would cause huge psychological scars in children lacking the benefit of much more frightening issues to crowd it out of their minds.
