Anne is the foreign princess who went to Japan. Upon her arrival, she announced a challenge to Kaitou Kid regarding the red diamond jewel she possesses, a popular gem which was named "Lots of Sunshine in Paris." She also claimed that the purpose of her visit to Japan is the famous paintings and gems exhibition from the Duchy of Sabrina.

She is a felinophile, saying that her only friend is her cat, Belmondo.
